do you have any mods on the car?? exhaust etc?? It running rich somewhere and as craby says a block cat is a common issue.

With your 2 min run to work milage will be lower, do you drive hard all the way or just steady?

pretty steady drive only really have one light to hit if i do. i have a hypertech i purchased and a general scan tool at my job but it's not like a tech 2 tool. just a obd2 code reader. but i don't have any check engine lights on, i doubt anything other than a tech 2 tool would add any other insight.

also as for mod's there is a full cat back exhaust system, SLP blackwing air lid, and a SLP strut tower brace but that is all that i have noticed. i would assume the SLP parts could be stock or add on's.

yea i saw a few of those but little higher priced than the others i may try replacing the plugs and wires first and if it doesn't solve it i will look further for a good scan tool. i am thinking about either E3 diamond plugs, what kind of plug wires would you recommend.

im usin the bosh +4 platinum plugs and msd wires but thats because ive got the high output coil. if u dont want to change em for a long time get the platinum split tips. they work good.
