Neither! Get a Set of PRC heads from Texas-speed.com. I got the Stage 2.5's LS6 heads and made 470rwhp with them. They're listed for $1500 which is not bad but when you call they are actually $1300 or so. If you want to get the most then buy AFR's or the Tricks. But I can not justify spending 500-800 dollars more for about 5-7hp more. And patriots are cheap good heads butmake the least power out of all of them. Overall PRC's are the best for the $$$. But again if cash is no object then go for the big name brands

Some specs on the PRC's:

* 230 intake runners[*]2.04"/1.575" Stainless Steel Valves[*]PRC Double spring kit (they actually upgraded to the .660 lift spring kit now) Complete With
Springs, Titanium Retainers, Seats, & Seals

Patriot seems to have quality control issues. I would spend a little more for a more reputible head.
