hey guys quick question. basically, im looking at a 96 or 98 z-28(dont remember which lol) my friends dad has it and says its got a ls2 engine swap, but it has the cable on it for the throttle. an LS1 only has 1 cable, and this car has 2 cables. is it possible that an ls2 that is cable drvien uses 2 cables instead of just one??

i cant decide if its actually an ls2 or not!! :/

 

If it has two cables, one might be for a cruise control. Hard to believe an LS2 swap has a cable TB, though - the computer wouldn't like it, unless he swapped other LS1 stuff.
