I have a 2000 stock ta a4. No mods my budy just got a 95 camaro z28 with 373 gears and moroso cold air induction. He said he can beat me I told him no way I am right arent I. The stock ls1 is still faster then a lt1 wit gears and intake right. I also heard that lt1 is faster down low were as ls1 has faster top end is this correct as well.

 

is his an auto or stick? if its a stick he might take you, if its an auto he will get you off the light until about 40-50 then you will be about a 1/2 to 1 car length in front of him the rest of the way.

that is assuming he and you are good driver's of course.
