Been looking all over and hearing mixed things from people. How much would an LS1 A4 weigh with no power anything and cloth seats? I've heard 3200, 3400, and the inside of my door looks like almost 4200. What do these cars weigh?

 

The weight on the door is known as gross vehicle weight, it is the maximum weight capacity of the car. In other words it's the maximum the car can weigh with 4 passengers and a full tank of gas. For referance my weighs 3300 lbs without me in it and about 1/3 tank of gas. I have leight weight wheels, no jack/spare, no A/C, and no back seats. I figure I am about 200 lighter than stock.

 

Is it really worth it to take out the back seats, ac,spare, and jack? My ac currently doesn't work but I plan on getting it fixed.
