Put it this way, I was 16 when the first Camaro was launched.

Do you need a calculator?

So your saying, not only does your car have collector value, but so do you?

I didn´t say I had a 1967 Camaro, I wish I did, but yes I am a bit rusty around the edges.

My first amaerican car was a 1965 289 Mustang Convertible which I bought in 1976, and yes I wish I still had it now because of it´s value but the Camaro is a far better car to drive. The old cars look good but they were hell to drive.

43.
First car: 82 camaro with V6. Engine and transmission really stunk. Drove it to 300k miles with 2 engine rebuilds and 3-4 transmisions.

Second Car: 1989 IROC Z28. This was a great car. Drove it to 135k miles.

Third Car: 1994 Z28. Besides Optispark, pretty decent car. Still liked the 89 IROC better, just something about it.

I was 16 when I had my '98 5.7L LS1, drove that till I was hit by an elderly driver last spring. But I'm 19.
