HELP with my STALL CONVERTER

so a ls1 camaro doesn't need a "TUNE" for the stall right?? its a stock ls1 with bolt ons.. its kinda weird.. i can lauch at 1800 (powerbrake) and it feels good.. but its a 2500 stall.. on the OE stall i can powerbrake to 1500.. its only 300 more.. i got a good price.. so i guess you do get what you paid for.. i paid $900 for a stall and a transgo shift kit
