Default Harmonic Balancer

I was needing to replace my harmonic balancer on my 2000 Z28 and I was told it would be a good idea to replace it with a performance one. Is that necessary? Which one would you recommend? I have to idea what to get. What's the difference in % under drive? and dampers? If ANYONE could help I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Not necessary.

I have ASP. SLP sells ont too. Slp has a key, ASP doesn't.

10% underdrive means you're turning the water pump, power steering, alternator, & AC 10% less than the oem pulley.

If you have a big power-consuming stereo system, you might need an overdrive alternator pulley with an underdrive crank pulley.

LS1 is internally balanced and the crank pulley isn't a damper.

So do you have any recommendations on what I should get?
Thanks

Sorry for the delayed response. I'd probably get the SLP if I were buying today .I think it comes with an oem crank bolt, but I'd get an ARP crank bolt too.
