StockI had 300.1 rwhp and 319 rwtq. Then put on k&n a tune, subframe connectors, flowmaster 80s, catless y-pipe, lt headers and dynoed at 316rwhp and 341rwtq does this sound about right?

 

Could be better, but the tune may be off. However; the only mod that adds power are LT headers. You did not mention a cat back system, so the headers are getting choked. Taking a good cats out does little. KN filter does nothing, unless you replaced the lid. Flowmasters are not much better than stock.

Did you get a chart showing the A/F ratio & spark advance?

Those flowmasters are not that great they restrict the exhaust flow get something like a magnaflow with there strait through desighn they will allow for more power.
