Default Front end or steering issues

I have a 2000 Z28 that has corvette wheels and tires. Up front are 17" wheels with Goodyear Eagle F1's which seem very aggressive but handle and grab really nice. Anyways while driving at cruising speeds on highway the car will pull back and forth really bad. I have to have 2 hands on wheel at all times. I don't think there is any issue with power steering but am wondering if this is just an aggressive wide tire up front causing this, if it is a simple alignment issue? Or if I should go through the whole front end with new rods a arms and bushings? Car has 109k miles and everything else very solid. I would love to put slp a arms and the whole works up front but this is not a daily driver and with a baby on the way the wife might not like me spending a grand on the car. Let me know what this could be and a solution. I have not had it in yet. Thanks

from what you are saying it sounds like it is most likely either your rack or maybe your steering shaft could could be messed up. i have wide tires on my 4th gen as well and it pulls a little on cirtain roads but nothing crazy like that. i would try replacing the rack tho, i have seen them go bad under 100,000 miles already.
