Hi guys. A friend of mine has an 02 Z28 with the LS1. The car has an exhaust leak. What happened is there's a hose that runs from the right exhaust manifold, goes around behind the engine, attaches to one end of a vacuum operated valve, exits the valve, and attaches to the left exhaust manifold. Heat took its toll on the hose and it got brittle and broke. I'm wondering what the technical name for the hose is so I can pick one up from GM. I didn't look closely at it, but I'm thinking that it's an EGR related hose, but at the same time, I would think that they should have made it out of metal. Anyway, thanks for any help that you can give me.
