Normally the T56 cars will dyno about 10 horses more then the automatics. Also you should note that the vettes tend to dyno about 5-10 horses more then the F-bodys due to better intake systems and a more tuned exhaust. Also keep in mind the following year in 2000 the LS1's got a nice little boost from a better ecu and LS6 intakes.

If i had to get a round about estimate on a 2000 SS i would expect to see right around 300 rwhp and probably about 315 torque give or take 5 horses. Kiss my *** motortrend.

It should also be noted that there have been a number of guys that have recorded well over 310rwhp and 320 torque on bone stock LS1 f-bodys (most 2000-2002 years)
