03 and 04 cobras are rated at 390 and could beat you, along with 2000 cobra Rs (if you ever see one your lucky), and the 07 GT500s, the 05+ GTs wont run that fast stock, i think like a 13.6 is an about average for them

If your car is stock, 13.1-13.2 is attainable with good conditions and a well driver. But, factor in driver error & an 05+ Mustang GT is a close race from a dig. 03/04 Mustang Mach 1's are also very quick, high revving cars that love to race from a dig or roll.

03/04 SVT Cobra's are a definite loss if the driver can manage to put the power down to the pavement, however they are a challenge to launch & most will average mid/low 13's stock, or even with simple mods like a mid-pipe/cat-back. Same goes for a GT500.

i think he is saying if he got his car to run 13.1-13.2, i dont think he's expecting it to run that stock
