i was told by another person that it could be a kinked return line somewhere...it just builds up pressure somewhere and blows the o-ring off... im in fear that if i do hoseclamp that o-ring or use some kind of glue to hold it on, that i might come more problems elsewhere

a picture would help. does it have a return line on it going to the back of the car. it should only have a line in from one injector rack and one out to the other. the way it is it should be leaking fuel when the o ring is blown out, would not be losing pressure if not, thats not safe either.

okay sorry i havent been very clear. its the in tank regulator. first we thought it was fuel pump, so we put a new pump in it. it did the same thing. then i learned of the o-ring popping off the regulator, so i then replaced the regulator. and still it keeps popping the o ring off the fuel regualtor and losing fuel pressure. car runs great when the o ring is on. its no fun having to open my hatch mod everyday and put the o ring back on the regulator lol. i was told by another guy he was having the same problem and his ended up being a kinked return line. im gonna tear back into it tommorow and see what i can do. if worse comes to worse, im gonna permatex glue the dang o ring on there and pray the pressure doesnt break something else.
