Default exhaust popping,

3.4 v6 with no cats and a flowmaster muffler and tip. is there anything i can do to stop the exhaust popping? it only pops like that in park or neutral. wouldn't mind it sounding smoother.

Install a high flow cat, they do wonders to stop the popping sound.

Installing a cat was going to be what I would recommend.

Oh, and that sound is a "rap" not a "pop."
I'll overlook it this time!

Also do a tune-up, and clean your fuel-system with some fuel system cleaner for a few tanks... An intermittent/failing injector could also contribute to the popping

I bout my cat and had it installed at a regular shop for 120, most shops will weld it on for cheap. or you can practice your welding skills then do it urself. but its up to you.
