2001 ss
I have an 01 SS and there is a very noticeable gap between the lower portion of the door and the front fenders, on both sides. I have noticed that this gap doesn't exist on other SS's, is this gap suppose to be there? I actually kinda like it, it looks pretty cool.

pictures would be good!
It depends how you mean gap, gap when you look down the side or the car ( from the rear) and the fenders stick out more, or when you look side on and there is a gap at the bottom. I think if you say its 'cool' , then you mean the 1st way?
If you look under the fender by the door it is mounted there, if you car is lowered then it may have hit the floor and bent the mount, mine did and then this pushes the fender out.
Im only guessing here we need a pic

ok, then the mounts under are probably bent, or the wing is just not adjusted right, if you open the door there is a mount at the top where the mirror is and the 2 at the bottom and one in the middle that you can only get to if the inner fender is removed ( i had to put a new front end on mine and its a ***** to get it all to line up) glad you like it pushed out, kinda a wide body look without the wide body lol

I'll have to take a couple pics, both sides are absolutely symmetrical, it just seems like it should be that way.
Upon second look the passenger side gap is quiet a bit bigger than the driver side. I guess I may have to look into this further.
