00 z28 man trans fluid reco
im gonna change my trans fluid in my 6sp. is there a synthetic anyone can recommend (or is it even worth paying for synthetic when i have regular ATF at work) and whats the fluid capacity? is there a royal purple ATF? its got 44k on it now whats the regular interval
