What do you think the chances are that someone would put a K&N sticker on a stock intake?
Because since I bought my camaro, it has made this whistling noise everytime I get it into the higher rpms. After looking around a bit, I come to find out that this sound is fairly common with cold air intakes. So I pop the hood, and the remnants of a K&N sticker are holding onto the intake. It's kind of like getting a free modification, becasue I always thought it was totally stock.
