shoot out exhaust
ORIGINAL: 98RCMARO
Thats how most cat-backs are, headers Y-pipe and they split into one muffler with the dual outlet tips.
H-pipe requires two cats.

and maybe if i really need a cat, i could always headers Y pipe, cat, and then another Y pipe out to the 2 mufflers? think that'd work?

little more spendy that way.. but it's all gravy, my car payments are only 151 per month, and my insurance is only 60, and i make roughly 1000 per month, so i'm aight haha
change your plugs when you put on those pacesetters.....
you will hate yourself if you dont.
an exhaust shop should be able to custom bend you pipes for whatever you want.
you should be able to forget the y pipe that comes with the headers, and go h piped. you would have to have 2 cats but thats prolly as close as you are gunna get to " true duals " on a 3.4L.
you dont haveto waste your moneytrying to run straight duals withno cats, you dont have the back pressure. and would see little performance gain over the entire stock system.
