Can anyone in Texas tell me if no mufflers on a 3.4 V6 is legal? And if it isnt legal what are my other options?

 

Some 2.25" stainless stain pipe and a couple glasspacks?

 

I live in orange, texas. it is illegal to drive any vehicle that doesn't have emission control that had emission control as original equipment. ( catalytic converter )and yes it is illegal to run open pipes. usually the only time your gonna have to worry about it is when you have it inspected. sick

 

Yea, I noticed it really wasnt that loud outside my car. I let my friend drive around the block and it sounds a little louder then a loud truck fitted with pipes. Sick, I know you know what I'm talkin about. Texas with trucks always has pipes...er at least 60% does. I put the muffler back on today cause its far too loud inside my car. Think I should get a glasspack before the muffler and then get a magnaflow muffler to top it off? I heard that sounds good on 3.8L rustangs so I dunno.
