with no cat....
Why don't you just wait and install a high flow cat. V6's don't sound as good without a cat. My brother had a Cadillac 4.9L V8 and his car sounded nice after he dropped his cat ( he had to), But the SES light was always on and after awhile the exhaust just started to smell like raw fuel.
But do yourself a favor when you get some money and get rid of the Flowmaster.... Magnaflow is the way to go and they aren't that expensive maybe 60 bucks or so.

actually from my exp ive had with magna flow its about the same. Ive had my flowmaster Delta flows on my car for over a year and ive had no power loss compared to the magna's personally i like the flowmaster sound better. uno just imo type of thing.
i am going to go against the grain here i have a freind that has a 02 ws6 and his dad has the same car just diffrent color and is a convertable both have the same modifications including a new intake and full exhaust except my freind left the cats on and the dad took them off and we took them to the local dyno and there was about a 4hp diffrence but the draw back was that the dad's sounded like a truck and my friends sounds pretty cool so i guess what i am saying is the power gain isn't worth it and it will be louder but it might not be the sound yu want
