which muffler for a 95 z28?
I'm just looking to put the muffler on and not the headers...What type should I go with. I want something that kinda rumbles but it's not real loud. Let me know what you guys think. Your feedback is highly appreciated

It all depends on how much you're willing to pay. You could go with the more economical Magnaflow or Flowmaster, or you could go with the better, but more expensive, Borla or Corsa system. The general medium is the SLP system. It all depends on price range.

i have the magnaflow and headers, but i put the catback on about two months before i put the headers on and it sounded pretty good. It was quiet at idle but when you got on it it had a real nice rumble to it. You cant beat the price either b/c its all stainless and its only 450. Go to this website and listen to the different setups, this will help you alot,http://www.ls1sounds.com

If you go with the Borla, you can get a wide variety of sounds because you can change out the baffel in the muffler. Put the one in that suits your taste, and you're good to go.
