Default magna flow performance exhaust

Im looking to buy a magna flow performance exhaust system for my 1994 z28. Would this come with directions on how to install it? I also have an after market cat convert, would that be an issue. Right now I have dual exhaust, I included the link for the exhaust system on this post from summitracing.com. Would I need a new cat. or a new y-pipe?

Thanks

You shouldn't have to relpace the converter, looks like every thing should bolt on. On the description of the parts it usually would tell you if ther was any other parts that you had to replace or modify.
