Default I can not DECIDE!

I know this question has probably been asked over 100 times on this forum but im having a real exhaust set up problem. I cant decide on headers and a y-pipe, i dont want to spend more then $500 just for headers and not more then 200 for a y pipe. Can anyone reccomend anything i would really appreciate it.... I have a 2001 ss camaro with lm catback

Well, I would go with An H or an x pipe, Better perfomance/airflow. I think Borla is the best...Could be out of your Price range though...But check out some youtube sound clips, see what you like.

I got my header, coated, and offroad Ypipe for 500+shipping from tsp. the catted y-pipe header combo is like 600+shipping. That will keep you below ur budget.

if you skip on the price of headers, you will be sorry. headers are one of those things that have the classic, "you get what you pay for" situations connected to it.

my motto is: do it right, do it once, and forget about it.

you will be happier in the long run

I couldn't agree more...Save up for a good set of headers, it'll be worth it later. If you get the cheaper ones, once you get under the car and start trying to get them on, you'll wish you got a more expensive set so you know that you'll never have to be in the position again...
