A set of black painted untuned long tubes from Hooker is around $500 or so. I would suggest at least getting a ceramic coated header, the painted ones are going to rust through.

sorry slvr i havve to agree with spectar its kinda like getting a borla cat back sure its nicer per say and fits better and therefore "better" but your paying looooot more cash for for saving 20 mins of install time

your 16 and have an 02 z28, your parents must love you. but what about SLP their headers are pretty nice from what ive heard from people who have used them.

SLP headers are overpriced, they're more than Kooks or Dynatech and they aren't even 1 mandrel bent tube, they have pieces welded together.

Those Hooker headers look fine, although be wary of Ebay for expensive things, you can get ripped off. If they're giving you the headers in the picture they aren't actually the tuned long tubes, but they'd be a decent header nonetheless.
