Question Exhaust Ideas?

Recently got a 99 Z28 and the exhaust it poorly put together. The pipes are held together with clamps, the catalytic converter is cut off, and the muffler is cut off. I'm looking for performance so any ideas on what to get and about how much it will cost for a full exhaust from headers back. I have long tube headers to if that makes a difference

If you've already got the headers, it'll probably cost about another 500-700 dollars for a full exhaust, doing the work yourself. If you're gonna bring it to a shop to have it done, add another 600 bucks.

If you want performance get an OR Y-pipe, and any cat-back system other than flowmaster.

Now the Y-pipe makes two into one right? I was thinking about making true duels

If you want to do a true dual system, you can go as cheap as 250 dollars (plus mufflers of your choice) for some dumps before the rear, to about 800 bucks for some that go all the way out back.

How much clearance you get depends on who you take it to, and how much you're willing to spend.

You will have a decrease in clearance, I guess I just don't understand the allure of true duals...A good Y-pipe setup and cat-back can handle up to 500HP...*shrugs*
