I brought mine ot Midas and was charged 200.00 from the headers all the way back. I watched and was like "thats it". I have welded before but this was my 1st 69 camaro. I wanted someone with more experience to install them. I just got finished installing my 406 and I will be installing the new exhaust myself on Sunday. I can spend the money saved on other stuff for the car or beer.

LOL!!!

usually $200 buck is a pretty good ballpark if you brought them your own parts

because once you get into headers, a lot of those guys automaticly think the word "illegal". also most headers end up with exhaust leaks and I don't think they want to be responsible for those either.

just my thoughts, nothing more

Kinda said it wrong. The install on mine was from after the headers and out the back. After seeing how easy it was I installed the electronic cutouts without any problems.
