Well I have a 95 Z28 with the LT1 but the problem is that my has the stupid factory traction control feature on it but most CAI aren't designed to fit it if it has traction control. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I could go with because I would hate to but a CAI and find out it doesn't fit because of my traction control?

 

so for my 99 ss would i be better off staying with my aftermarket lid then going after a CAI? its K& N lid

 

For you 99 SS the K&N will do just fine, they're almost all a "true" CAI for the LS1 cars because they all pick up air off the top of the radiator which is out of the engine bay.
