Hey guys, I've been looking around on the forum and I didn't see a thread on this, and I figure its something many people (like me) have been trying to obtain more information on.

I'm looking for proper shorty headers for my 96 z28
The problem is that I live in California and I need to pass smog with a CARB number :/
I've found plenty of headers out there but I wasn't sure which ones came with a CARB approval number.

any tips guys?


and i couldn't find this info anywhere on the forum, but if there is already a topic on this itd be great if someone could point me in the right direction

 

I need high flow cats as well, but I want direct fit cats on a y pipe. AND it has to be CARB compliant.

Man I hear you brother. I live in California and every header I saw seemed to be illegal in California. Look on ClassicIndustries.com and they actually have a list on which are legal and illegal.
