Default 95 z28 header gasket ?

I have a 95 z28 and I have decided to go with the 1 3/4" kooks long tube headers and ORY. Was wondering what type of header gaskets I need to get and if the stage 8 bolts are the best to use? Also curious if ground clearance is going to be a problem when combined with eibach pro-kit lowering springs? Thanks for your help!

The Kooks headers come with gaskets, although if you're not very persistant with tightenging your header bolts you'll get a massive exhaust leak within a couple of months (speaking from experience here!). After I charred a hole through the gaskets that Kooks provides I got a set of Mr. Gasket Premium header gaskets and I haven't had any issues yet. The Premium line are made out of a substance called Graphoil which is extremely heat resistant because it's primarily composed of graphite. As far as ground clearance, Kooks headers have the best fit/ground clearance of any LT1 header. You're going to lose about 1-1.5" of ground clearance over stock, as long as you're careful you shouldn't have too many issues.
