Default 95 3.4 EGR SES problem.

Not sure if this should be in computer, or exhaust but here goes.
Oh, and I'm sure this topic has been beaten to death, but I couldn't search for EGR in the search field. Sorry.

Car is a 95 3.4l with way more miles than a gasoline engine should have, but i bought it a few weeks ago at a pretty awesome price. After putting more money into it, than I paid for it, I got it up and running pretty nicely... with the exception of one headache/problem I'm encountering.

Not that it's all that big of a deal, it's just a stupid light, right?

Anyway... brought it to the shop to read the codes.. since it's that stupid OBD1.5 system. Pulled codes 44, 64, 75, 76 and 77. So I changed both o2's and the EGR valve. I also noticed that the flex pipe that runs from the EGR output to the intake manifold was cut in two, so I went to the junkyard to find a new one (that was a headache and a half to change, i stripped one of the bolts, tried MAPP gas, tried ViceGrips... finally had to go to Sears and get some Bolt Outs. Awesome product BTW). Took it for a test drive.. still tripping the SES light. This thing has Pacesetter headers, if that helps.
So when I took it to the shop, it's still tripping 75, 76 and 77... EGR Solenoid 1, 2 and 3.
It only seems to do it when I'm coasting downhill. I'll be driving, once I take my foot off the accelerator, the light comes on. Any ideas? (Aside from "put black tape over the light") It runs fine, no more hesitation. feels like it has a little less power, but I suspect that's cause it's not running overly rich like it was.
