i have the 3800 with 3.08's

how should i swap this and is there a big diff?

 

[X(] depends on you reason for wanting to swap. it will get you off the line faster(or stoplight to stoplight ) but will raise rpm's at cruising speed lowering your gas mileage. you may notice a little in the acceleration but could be best noticed if a stop watch was used for some timed runs on a given distance. if your starting with a v6 dont expect v8 acceleration, expect v6 gas mileage. kurt
