wire connectors

Default wire connectors

i need to finish putting my cd player in my car. and i dont want to simply splice the raio to the car wires. the guy that had it before me removed the connectors. so all i have are wires. where would i be able to get the connectors.

salvage yard , find one with the same wire colors as yours and cut the connector off and solder them to your harness. i don't like crimp connectors because they leave the copper open to air and copper is pretty quick to corrode. i always solder and heat shrink to make a solid air tight connection.

hmm salvage yard. wonder how hard it would be to find another 3rd gen camaro in my city. ill try tho.

You can look for a firebird as well, that is your best bet for wires. See ifthey wil let you take as much as you can, you never know when you may need to fix the rear tail lights or stuff like that.
