i was looking at getting a new hood for my 84 camaro berlinetta i want to get a 3 to 4 inch cowl induction hood but i dont know wether to get a bolt on or liftoff hood and what would i have to do to put a lift off hood on

 

May I know how much is your budget?...

 

bolt on is the only one i use because with alift off, you alwise need a buddy to help.i don't have that many buddy!

If you can spend the extra bucks on a bolt on hood, you'll be happier.
Those ^ on ebay aren't a bad price at all. Personally, I don't think those "4th gen SS wannabe" hoods look right on the third gen. The cowl induction one would look good though.

 

i was looking at going around 500 but you can always try and find deals on ebay and what not for hoods i just didnt know which would be more practical for my car
