Turn signal flasher

Is there a seperate flasher for the turn signal and the hazard lights? I cannot find a second one , and my turn signals quit working. If there is, where did they hide it? Thanks

Yes there is two flashers,both under the dash. The turn signal flasher is close to the console and has two yellow bands around it.

quick question concerning flashers,lights all work,but hazards and flashers dont its a 97 z28,where would i find the flasher relay,cant find it anywhere
