Default Turbo Question

Can you have your turbo(s) running at a psi that you can select while driving? Like going from 5psi to 12psi (the car being able to handle that)...

Default RE: Turbo Question

You can get a boost controller and program it so that it opens and allows certain boost at certain RPM's, so if you need/want to get on it you can have full boost. As far as being able to control it off hand from inside the vehicle while you're drive I'm not sure.

Default RE: Turbo Question

[8D] with enough electronics you can do anything including changing boost pressure on the fly. question is why would you want this ?? boost is for the most part based on load so if the engine doesnt need it its low and if you mash the gas the turbo and other parts work togather to provide max boost and this max pres should be based on what the engine was built to handle and survive for more than one go kurt
