The 93 is different than the rest of the 4th gen cars because it uses a removable chip to store all tuning info, and is not programmable from the diagnostic port, and uses the Speed Density system for engine management (no MAF). The MEMCAL chip is where all the programming is stored. There several ways around it, you can have a new custom chip burned, buy a preprogrammed piggy back chip that sits under the MEMCAL. If you want to do it yourself, you need a chip burner, blank chips, programming software for your laptop, and a cable from the laptop to the chip burner, and learn how to do it. However, looking at your mods, your stock setup should be OK.
