ok i have a 5.7 engine which ticks over fine but when you put the heater on the top pulley clicks and the front of the pulley spins up and then stops then spins up again then stops then spins up again and so on ??? is this normal ??

 

[:@] ok grasshopper this part you speak of is called the ac clutch and sounds to be functioning normally. if the ac system is in good repair this clutch will cycle on and off anytime you select any of the ac or defrost/heat functions in your car kurt
