I have a 96 3.8 liter ... my idler pulley and belt tensioner pulley are both grinding/humming loudly so im replacing them... okay what is the easiest way to pull and push back on them pulleys

go to autozone and rent or buy (under 20$) a pully puller it will pull then off and put the new ones on with little hassle
