Looking to see if I can rent a tool from somewhere that will give me an accurate readout of my hydrocarbons. Does such a thing exist?

I know a 4 gas analyzer is what you are talking about They measure HC, CO, CO2 & O2. They make portable ones now but I think they are still in the 5K range price wise. They are touchy machines and require a lot of maintenance. If you could find someone that would rent one I think it would be $100s of dollars per day due to the maintenance.
