Default Setting tachometer

I'm trying to set the shift-light on the tachometer on the 67 camaro I bought recently. Its an Auto Meter colbalt series http://img20.imageshack.us/img20/697/dcfc0017.jpg. I cannot find the proper manual online for it, and I try using the set buttons on the front when the engine is running and I cannot get it to set at all.

When the engine starts up the light comes on for a second, so the light is working.

Yea, I have been to that site, and the auto meter site as well. My gauge does not match any of those in the PDF manuals, and I checked them all.

Not even a slight reference to the same mechanism, even though a different model?

No. I tried the set + and - buttons on the front with the engine running, but I get no results
