**UPDATE**

Okay so yesterday I woke up EXTREMELY late for work. Had 40 mins to get to the office which is 70-80 mins away (with out traffic.. OH THE JOY) So I took the camaro (It's way faster than the taurus!!) Ended up being 2 hours late..
Just happens that I had to brake EXTREMELY HARD due to some jack *** driver.. Well the problem I've been having, HAS to be the brakes! That steering effect I've been feeling lately came on REALLY REALLY strong, almost lost control because of it!
Felt like the calipers were working in alternate order.. (driver side was gripping, passenger wasnt, then it would switch to passenger gripping and driver side not.) resulting in "brake-steer".. Then about 20 mins later I came up to a stop light, lightly put the brakes on and nothing happened.. the "Low Traction" light came on..
So I let off and tried again and it worked.. I would say calipers.... but i'm not sure... any brake geniouses out there?!

it's been over 2 weeks since your first post[>:] if you haven't been able to fix it by now, it's time to pay someone to get it done before you hurt yourself or someone else

it sitting, the only reason i drove it the other day is cuz i was late.
im doing calipers this weekend, then rotors and master cylinder when i get it over to my friends shop in a couple weeks.
I'm just not sure if maybe its the brake booster?? Would that cause the brake steer??

I don't know if its the same for Camaros and stangs, but this is how I check my booster. Pump the brakes with the engine OFF, the pedal should become firm after two or three pumps. When its firm hold the brake down and start the engine, the pedal should drop about 2 inched, if it goes to the floor the booter iis bad. Now if you have Hydroboost ingore this post. [8D] It only works this way with vaccum boosters, as for as I know. DO the things everyone , before buying a whole new front end brake settup. Have you simply tryed bleeding the brakes first?

no I haven't, but the parts are no expensive.. 50 bucks for calipers, 200 bucks for slotted rotors, i don't remember the price on the booster or master cylinder... but wasn't expensive.. might as well just change it all and not worry bout it for a long time

I was working on a motocycle once that had no brakes as it rolled. Brakes worked as it sat though. A slight warp in the rotor would cause the pads to move into the caliper enough that the first time you hit the brakes there was nothing until the second time then the pads came out far enough to stop the bike. It gave a **** your pants feeling. I have never seen an auto do that though. They have enough pedal through and fluid moving to make the brakes move lots.
But like Sick said. Just replace the rubber lines. They can colapse and hold pressure. Maybe a brake is holding pressure so when you try to stop one side is close to the rotor already stopping while the other needs time to catch up.
