Default Rear End Help..Please!

I have a 1981 Camaro Coupe, it was a originally a v6 but i swapped a 350 v8 in it. The car is great and runs great but the rear end axle or "gears" are 3:33 im pretty sure. 2 Friend's from work told me either get 3:73 Posi or 4:11 gears but i cannot find them anywhere and will it actually give me better pickup and which are better? Because right now the acceleration is pretty suckish lol. Anything will help thanks!

3.73's are you best bet with either LS or Posi. 4.11's will rob your MPG's but will give you a ton of torque. 3.73's will give you the best of both worlds, having a good amount of torque and saving some decent MPG's. Also, if you can, get some disks on the back too if you didn't already have them. You need more braking power going from a v6 to a 350 lol. Good luck!
