i want ALOT more power for my 89 RS 2.8L does anyone know what i can put?

 

Are you kidding?, a 2.8?, Ok here's what you do, Step 1-gas it with as much nitrous as you can afford. Step 2- run thouroughly, being sure to maintain red line as long as possible. Step 3-call wrecker and pick up as many of the parts as you can find and return to shop. and finally, Step 4-build a real motor and put it in there instead of f@cking around with a 2.8.
