I just installed new optispark unit on 1994 Z-28.
Starter cranks but Motor will not turn over!
Any ideas????, Did I miss a simple step in the process?
Desperate to get this vehicle on the road, please advise.

If it worked before you touched it swallow your pride and go over what you did to it.

Without more specifics there's not much we can tell you to try and fix it. Check and make sure you have all the sensors plugged in and the cam dowel is correctly possitioned. Check the LT1 section sticky for some more opti information and everything it contains so you can start checking things.

Not nesescelery. You can hook up a starter wrong so it will spin but not engage the bendix. But working on the optispark I doubt he disconected the starter. And I was helping a guy from Holland (i think) and his S10 would turn over but the engine would not crank [8D]
