oil filters
What are u using to get it off? Try a filter wrench that is the proper size for your filter, it should have the same flat spots as the end of the filter & use a 3/8" ratchet to turn it. Last resort is to get a large screwdriver and stick it right through both sides of the filter and then twist the filter off. I don't like this last option because the filter can tear and then it will be a real bear to get it off. Good luck. Don't make it too tight when you put it back on (hand tight only + 1/4 turn with a wrench).
