it happens every day when i drive it .It happens everytime it almost feels like the car gets stuck in in second or third gear.Could it be the torque converter clutch.and it has new origial gm ac delco optispark.

 

I would have to say cats are clogged or torque conveter is slipping / transmission is slipping out of gear. it could even be a loose wire going to your transmission that is confusing the computer, telling it it's in gear when it's really not and vice versa

Do you always run premium in it? it will cause the cats to burn up faster.
