I guess I'm not much of a car guy either. I buy my oil at Costco. All of those engines I built the last 15+ must be **** since I put Costco oil in them. As a matter of fact, I think I bought some brake cleaner at Wal-Mart once. Holy crap I better not drive the car anymore or I might not be able to stop and I'll kill myself.

RE: new tires, are these good?
i have ran several sets of BFG radial T/A's with great luck on everything from a 1964 C10 truck with a 468 BB to my fiance's daily driver. i have BFG's on my car right now and love them. i have tried other brands but always come back to the BFG's for price , quality , and looks.

RE: new tires, are these good?
I just took my BFG's off when I upgraded my wheels, but I had the P235/60R16 99H Traction T/A, I had no problems with these at all, and judging by what I read on BFG's website about the ones you just linked to, they seem to be a good tire for the price. PersonallyI thinkBFG's aregreat tires for what you pay forthem, mine were $116atSears, and compared to the ones I just bought (not BFG's), they are so much more reasonable on the wallet, wish I hadn't indulged now.
I also have to agree with the others that said there's nothing wrong with buying tires at Sam's, it's not like the manufactures make the ones that are sold at discount clubs any differently than the ones that are sold in high dollar tire dealer's showrooms.
(Iactually have these tiresfor sale right now with the stock wheels from my '94, they were used for about a month)
