Default the new guy

Hello everyone,
I'm not new to building engines or cars. Grew up doing the brainless stuff. I am new to the computers and such. So i have the basic (i.e. more air means more power blah blah blah) I bought a 95 Z28 a couple of months ago 350/6speed. question is what is the difference between LT, LS 1-4. My best guess is the head angles? I know I have the LT1 can I use LT4, LS1, LS4 parts? If so which ones and point me to some good web sites or stores. And any tips that aren't covered in hotrod 101. Thanks all
thadd

Welcome to the forum, we all are ready to help.
If you really want to learn about your car, I suggest you go for the $120 and purchase an official factory service manual and read it. Helminc.com sells new manuals, but you can try E_Bay and you may be able to get it at a lower price. It is a two book set. Otherwise you can browse the forum and ask questions and pick up things a bit at a time.

You can use LT4 parts, but you have to be careful on which parts you mix toghether. The LS series of engines are totally different and no major part will fit the LT1.
