My RS has been acting weird there are times that it will run ok and then there is times that it acts like its running out of gas when there is almost a full tank. Now today it is not wanting to start. Can someone advise me on this?

what size motor is in it V6 right

 

Yes Its a V6 3.1L

 

i would check the fuel filter and then the pump my 2.8 used to do the same thing and then one day it wouldnt start, it ended up being the fuel pump

 

It did stop working and I had a new fuel pump put in. Its still doing the same thing

 

is there a fuel pressure regulator on that motor? it could be an issue with that, if so...how long has it been doing this?
